I was told the market is doing surprisingly good for this time of year. Personally, I havn't seen it. But then again I'm new to the "real" Real Estate world. My profession before dealt with Investment properties which was much different. Easier to an exent but definitley different. Finding Investment property is tricky because you have to study the market and the areas housing prices will go up. Plus there has to be some kind of thriving rental market. Personally, I don't know of any Investor who likes having negative cash flow each month. I know I don't. Today I was in my real estate meeting that happens wevery wednesday morning.
